BSHC provides research, engineering and consulting services in support of Port & Coastal Engineering, Coastal Zone Management, and Environmental Protection.

Various laboratory model tests under regular/ irregular waves and currents are carried out in BSHC Coastal Hydraulics Facilities to study hydrodynamic, sediment and environmental processes in the coastal zone.
