With its unique milling and cutting machine Â12 BSHC manufactures ship models (made of wood, plastics) up to 12 meters long.
Besides, it is possible to produce molds for racing vessels, pleasure facilities, complex-form bodies, etc. of dimensions up to L = 12.0 m, B = 2.40 m, H = 1.20 m, as well as larger composite structures.

BSHC manufactures propeller models and full-size propellers for fishing boats and small craft (diameters up to 300 mm), as well as blowing molds for plastic products. BSHC manufactures high-precision complex-form components up to 100 kg in mass and dimensions fitting in a 320õ450õ250 mm block, using 5-coordinate CNC machining station ÌÑ032.
Utilization of the CAD/CAM system VISI-Series® of Vero International Software ensures highest precision standards. The control programs can be developed at BSHC or supplied by the customer.

In July 2008 adoption of 5-axes NC centre HAAS VM-3HE + trunnion table TR210 is planned.
